Returns & Exchange
You have [2] calendar days to return for exchange size or defect item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return for exchange size or defect item, your item must be unused , normal price item and in the same condition that you received it and it must be unwash, unaltered, unworn condition. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Exchange size are only eligible for the same design and colour only and not applicable for other designs and colour.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchange size will take 3-4working days to process.

Refunds

All purchases made through ateliermiasandra are final and there are not applicable for refund.

Sales item

We do not accept any refund/exchange size/return for sales items. Items purchased during sales period are final.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning & delivery cost of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive the parcel from you we will contact you to do the payment for shipping for us to courier back the exchange size item.
